Overview of Highland Tavern
Highland Tavern, situated at 3400 Navajo St, Denver, CO 80211, is a well-known establishment that has been a staple of the Denver community since its inception in 2006. It originally found its roots in the burgeoning neighborhood of Highlands, on the outskirts of Denver. The tavern is the brainchild of three individuals: Head Chef Jeremy McMinn, along with proprietors Brian Sommatino and Andy Stutz.
These visionary individuals set out with a commitment to sourcing the finest ingredients Denver had to offer and incorporating them into traditional tavern fare, such as sandwiches, and wings. Their passion for beer also led to the inclusion of an impressive selection of 13 taps. At the time of its establishment, the surrounding area was relatively modest, but these individuals saw potential in the burgeoning neighborhood.
